Out of POWER!!!

The power went off promptly at 9:30 Friday evening, just when I was getting into the movie "In Time," which I finally got on DVD, and the power has yet to come back on. Supposedly, we will get it back today around 4PM. I certainly hope so!!! Now, you may all enjoy a picture of my cousin trying to clear out the blizzard that knocked out the precious power.

Not Dropping of the Face of the Planet!!

Hey guys! I've been so good at making posts just about every day and then I had this cool 15 days of movies going on and then I lost my free time!

Just wanted to let you know I'm not disappearing.

Here's some stuff that's going on:

The local WOWfest and Winterfest were going on this past weekend.

My 90 day review for my job is coming up so I'm preping for that while also planning on doing some copy writing for another company in town.

I'm trying to find an apartment/condo in town right now so I'm researching all the fun stuff like cable/internet, good locations, calling realtors, seeing places, filling out applications, and what not.

Also, my cousins from Chicago are up until Wednesday so I am spending almost every waking minute with them that I am not at work!

So, lots of stuff, and mostly fun! :)

See you all soon!

Work AND Work Out!

Yeah, I actually looked this up! But, did you know that sitting too much can decrease your life span! More so in women than men. I didn't find too many ideas online except for stuff like running in place for 30 seconds at a time or doing jumping jacks.

One thing that seemed interesting was peddles you can stick under your desk so it's like you are riding a bike while working. Has anyone tried this?

Also, lifting your feet at all times while sitting in your chair. It's harder than you think!

Can anyone suggest anything else?

I obviously don't want to be running around the place like a maniac or doing lunges in the hallway. I mean, we can all be a bit crazy, but in general it's pretty quiet around here.

There is one guy in the basement that has a really tall desk that he placed his treadmill in front off. Awesome, but a bit extreme for my situation.

There was this whole study done online about filling your whole day with extra movement. I can't remember what it is called, but it had some ridiculous name. But it made sense. Something as simple as swinging your legs while sitting, tapping your feet while waiting, pacing when you have room, etc just burns more calories.

Well, any ideas for me?

Let's All Have Some Fun With SPAM!!

So, I got this brilliant idea in my head about posting my Freelance Editing Information on Cr****list! (I won't even give it the satisfaction of advertising for them on my blog!) And so I went with it. What would it hurt? Well, apparantly it's just a feeding trough for spammers! wanting everything from nannies, babysitters, and housekeepers, to secret shoppers, personal assistants, and travelling salesmen. And, it even goes as far as people asking for your bank account so they can wire you money, in which you keep a certain amount of the sum and wire the rest to another bank account! (Never ever do this by the way! It's ILLEGAL!) RIDICULOUS!!!

Suffice to say, everything has gone to the spam box, but not before I had a bit of fun!

Here's some of the replies I gave.

Two spammers said I won a free iphone and ipad. I promptly responded, Thank you, but I'm not interested. I don't like Apple products, and below it read, Sent from my iphone because I had replied through my phone. Then, on another one, I said, No thank you. I don't like products that have been named after fruit. It freaks me out.

Another spamer asked me to travel around and sell ads about a drink called X Angrey. I replied, Sorry, but I do not believe in drinking anything but water.

A spammer also asked me to watch his children for 2 months out of the year while him and his wife were on business in Europe. I said, Thank you for the offer, but taking care of other peoples' children goes against my religious beliefs.

Often, spammers won't offer you a lot of money to work for them either. Maybe $400 to $300 a week. I like to reply to those that I am very rich and I do not need your money.

Finally, my personal favorite, most spammers cannot spell worth a dang. So, I offer my services as a Freelance Editor!

So, next time you are spammed, have some fun with it. Can't hurt!
Note, some do reply, but mostly they're like "Happy to hear back from you so soon! Here's more about my offer!" Just spam them again!

:)

Finding the Time to...

The last few weeks, especially since starting my new job, has been all about finding the time to do...ANYTHING!!! The list begins here...
  • Hang out with friends
  • Exercise
  • Make jewelry
  • Paint
  • Draw
  • Watch tv
  • Read
  • Do something new
  • Get back into something I love
  • Etc.
Most of my friends are back home now, but many of them don't have a steady job yet so they have all this free time and I can barely hang out on the weekends, let alone when I get out of work at 5 or 6 o-clock.

Exercise has been a big goose egg. I was taking a Zumba class there for a few weeks, but had to stop because I can't get out of work early enough to make it. Plus, that's the last thing I think about doing when I make it home just before 7.

My jewelry has been shoved aside and I haven't added anything new to Etsy.

I've had this hankering to draw and paint lately, but won't get everything out at night because I know it will just be left out because I don't think I'll have a lot of time to finish a whole project. I like to start and finish the same day so I often need a few hours and working into the wee hours of the morning is a no-go when I have to be up so early for my 30 minute commute!

I love to watch tv and read! I get a bit in before bed, but not a lot. My DVR is filling UP!

Sometimes, I think about trying something new. Who knows what? Going back to school, taking a dance lesson, but when is that going to fit into my schedule?

Get back to something I love. Here I am referring to horseback riding. I used to take lessons as a teenager and it was really the most fun I have ever had! I'm trying to get back into it now!

Etc. And the list goes on and on! I can't even make it to the bank to cash my check! Or go and get my eyes checked so I can get more contacts! Now, I know why some people wish there were 48 hours in a day!

How to possibly juggle it all or free up some of my time!??! There is just so much more I want to do!
Anyone else feel the same way?
How do you handle it?

12 Things I do when there is Absolutely, Unequivocally Nothing left to do at Work!

NOTE: All this extra fun amounts to a mere fraction of my day. This post is really just for fun and is in no way meant to slander my work place that has been so wonderful to me.

***

So, the new job is going really well. I enjoy the proofing above anything else, but there are times when I have absolutely nothing to do for a few minutes at a time. This means that there are no proofs currently available for me to proof, I have done all the side work that I know of, and I have asked if there is anything extra I can do and no one has yet to give me anything.

Suffice to say, I get a little creative (or not) about filling my limited empty time.

1. Check my blog. (Obviously.)
2. Check my Etsy store.
3. Control myself when I want to check Facebook. Facebook is just a no-no at work for me. (Although, I will admit, I've gone on to grab something for my Etsy store or to add a new link and have randomly checked my notifications, but I try not to stay on it.)
4. (One of my personal favorites...) Peel tape off my desk. I can't even begin to try and explain why there is so much tape stuck to my desk. The previous owners must have been tape hounds or maybe they just plastered the desk in photos or wrapping paper. (I really have not found a use for tape anywhere in this office so I can't think of any better explainations.)
5. Apply lip gloss (All the time! lol.) I am addicted to chapstick/lipgloss so there is usually always one on or around me. Like my purse most often. But now I have one on my desk and I apply it a ridiculous amount of times during the work day. (Pathetic, I KNOW!)
6. Organize my desk. As I look around, at this very moment, not much is out of place. Some may think that I am severly compulsive. (Maybe a bit, but it's not a chronic condition.) The truth is, I just use my extra time to straighten things here and there. Ergo, I straighten them. I have the best looking desk in the office. (NOTE: Most likely, the person with the best looking desk, has the most extra time on their hands. Also NOTE: By the second week, my deask was a disaster zone!)
7. Clean my desk. I've never had much of an affinity for cleaning. Like, none at all! Yet, I find myself cleaning like a maniac! I even have a drawer full of these little wet wipes (AMAZING!) that I use every week to remove the dust and ink stains on my prestinely white desk. (That is the main part of the problem, really. My desk is white, so every pencil mark, ink mark, marker mark, finger mark, skid marks from the keyboard or mouse, speck of dust, et cetera, show up.)
8. Chat it up. Not only with you lovely people, but people in the office. I am getting to know all of them pretty well. I like almost all of them and the others I don't necessarily not like, but rather don't know very well. Sometimes, it's so quiet, I just crave hearing someone talk or even walk by my door.
9. Write notes. I like writing notes, but now I find myself doing it for just about everything. It's ridiculous. The amount of sticky notes now living in my agenda book, on my cork board, and on random things on my desk would put the Post-It note office to shame!
10. Collect paper clips off the floor. Another completely primitive goal. As opposed to tape, paper clips actually play a very important role around the office. It's rare that a proof doesn't come to me with at least one paper clip, let alone three or four, mildly secured around the pieces of paper. So, it stands to reason that I would find tons on the floor. So, I pick them up and store them in my little paper clip organizer. They are all stored by color and size. (Honestly though, some just make it to the trash.)
11. Use different colored pens to perform different tasks. I now have a pen for almost everything. One for keeping track of my time scedule, one for taking down notes, one for proofing, one for making final proofing notes for the artists, one for my agenda book, and one for when I'm angry! (The angry one is RED!)
12. I make posts like this.
Well, it is probably time to do the rounds again and ask anyone and everyone if they need help with something.
I just love to be productive in any way possible. Even if it means cleaning, picking, peeling, or moisturizing. :)

What do you find entertains you during those minutes in the day when there is nothing left to do? Could be at work, at home, at school, et cetera. Share your random thoughts with me.

NOTE: All this extra fun amounts to a mere fraction of my day. This post is really just for fun and is in no way meant to slander my work place that has been so wonderful to me.

Jeans: Both Comfortable and Sexy! Do you feel the same?

Today is Friday and that means casual day at work! But, regardless of the more general name, it really means JEAN DAY! Once, we had almost an entire week of JEAN DAYS because there were little to no meetings in the office so the executives made a decision to let us all be terribly comfortable and happy!

That's what got me thinking. Pretty much everyone I know, including myself, wears jeans pretty much any and every time we don't have to dress nice for work or go to a special event.

Here's where the dumb question comes in, but is that pretty typical for everyone? I remember that when I was in elementary, I might have owned one pair of jeans. They just really weren't that big of a thing. But now, jeans take up a fourth of my entire closet.

It may be stupid, but I'm not very conscientious of fashion as of late and for some reason this hit me.

Plus, I just had a conversation with a new friend that moved to our county from a big city. It was pretty funny because he was comparing the two places and one of his biggest complaints was that girls never wore mini skirts or high heels here, just jeans. lol. My friends and I were like, "What's the supposed to mean? You don't find us attractive. Jeans are sexy?" We all got a pretty good laugh out of it.

So, do you wear jeans mostly on your off days? Am I losing it a bit today with this completely random topic?

2011 was Arguably the Worst Year of my Life!

As some of you may have noticed, or as some of you already knew, I'm not the kind of person to dive much into my personal life, especially when it comes to the more difficult subjects. It's just always been my business, I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable, and I didn't want to hear more about it than I had to. But I know everyone has their troubles and it helps to talk about it with others and realize you are never alone. Plus, many of you have become my friends through the years. I will say that my life hasn't really been marred with terrible tradgedy, simply the everyday worries of the everyday person, but perhaps that's why this was so particularly hard on me. It's been a while, and I am ready to write about it.

Me and some of my cousins December 24, 2010. I'm laying
across them and Jimmy is in the plaid blue shirt in the
middle, making the funny face.
Yes, although it might not have seemed like it, 2011 was indeed the worst year of my life. Not to say that it didn't have some really good things as well, like graduating from college, opening my Etsy store, getting my first job, an exceptional Christmas, etc. But it will always be marked as the year I lost my cousin on this day, exactly one year ago. My cousin, James Michael Dissinger was only 21 years-old when he passed away in the night due to heart failure.

I've lost people in my life before, but losing Jimmy was the hardest and most trying event I have ever experienced. Perhaps because he was so young, perhaps because he was the closest in age to myself out of all my cousins on that side of the family, perhaps becuase my cousins are the only brothers and sisters I have ever known, and perhaps because I had just seen him at Christmas and he was happy, tall, and beautiful.

It took a very long time to find some kind of closure. Spring Break I was able to make it down to Atlanta, where the Dissinger family lives. I was a complete reck, but held it together for the sake of my aunt, uncle, and two other cousins. It was such a relief to see them and know how well they were doing and how freely they were able to talk about Jimmy. They had seen many signs from our loved one, including a snow day for Jimmy's siblings after losing their brother, a longer break and more time with their family. Plus, a little cardinal that just seemed to stick around and land close to anyone sitting in the back yard. He was lovingly given the pet name of Jimmers.

It comforted me to see them so healthy and happy, but at the same time, I was still questioning a lot.Trying to answer those impossible questions, like what is the meaning of life, how can it be so easily and ubruptly taken away, what can I do to make my life worth it, what happens if someone else isn't there tomorrow, like my mom, dad, another cousin, a best friend, or me? Also realizing some very tough concepts that once seemed so irrelevent at my age, such as loss, pain, suffering, mortality, love. None of these were ever such a concern until last year. I also became extrememly sensitive to things like reports on the news, scary movies, jokes about death, and so on.

I spiralled a bit, but upon realizing that this was not something I wanted to face on my own, I sought the help of my mother, and later, the help of a couselor, luckily a very good friend of my mother's and an accomplished philanthropist, listener, healer, and helper.

I can't thank either of them enough for how they helped me. I am thankful that I have maintained such a wonderful relationship with both my parents, and that there are people out there, so unselfish, connected with the world and humanity, loving, and kind enough to simply listen to my fears, worries, thoughts, etc and find some way to gentle guide me back to my true self simply by offering support and mindful comments that gave me those ah-hah moments.

She never once told me I was crazy, which I thought more than once, or that I needed medication, except for a good bout of laughter and a nice cup of tea. :)

It took me almost the entire year to feel like I was myself again, to regain any of my courage and optimism that I felt like I had loss, and to return to the things I love the most, like reading, writing, or simply creating.

Today, although I still miss Jimmy dearly, I feel more connected to my family, especially my other cousins, whom some have also opened up to me about similar experiences since losing Jimmy. I feel happy, loved, and less worried about those impossible questions.

My hope for 2012 is that this newfound strength inside me better prepares me for some of the harsher aspects of this life, that others who must face trying times have the courage to go to the one person in their life they can trust, and that we as human beings find it in our hearts to love ourselves as much as others, accept others as much as ourselves, and recognize the realities that tie us all together.

I wish everyone a very Happy New Year.

Birthdays, Burritos, Calories, Bridesmaids, and Tea!!!

YESTERDAY WAS MY 24th BIRTHDAY!!! Last year, I wrote up a whole thing on my birthday, but this year the birthday was much more relaxed. Plus, I had to work so that threw a bit of a damper on the day. Nonetheless, a lot happened and it was an all around good day.

Also, I had a burrito from Qdoba for lunch! YUM! However, I have been watching my calorie count for the last month, and intend to continue to do so so that I will look good in my bridesmaid dress that I have the wear in August. I am alloted at a very reasonable 2,005 calories per day, and I keep track of my calories using the "Lose it!" App. VERY COOL! So, I really, REALLY wanted a burrito, but I knew it would be a lot of calories. With everything on it, the burrito stands right around 1,500 calores (not including queso cheese, which is delicious. :( So, I improvised and got pinto beans instead of black (-100 calories), no cheese (-220), no guacamole (-100), and tore off about 1/3 of the tortilla (-80). It turned my burrito into a 1,000 calorie burrito and it still tasted fabulous. I had the lime cilantro rice, pinto beads, shredded beef, pico de gallo salsa, lettuce, and sour cream!

Nevertheless, I still went over my calorie count because the parents got pizza and made cheese cake for my birthday, but heck, it was my birthday :).

The bridesmaids dresses arrived yesterday as well and I got to try mine on in the correct size for the first time. The other girls were having a few troubles with their dresses, all the straps were too long, and the busts did not fit, but mine fit perfectly! YEAH!

Finally, the whole day was topped off with a good cup of tea. I've recently become obsessed with tea. I love Twining's Black Tea, particularly the Blackcurrent Breeze flavor. It has caffeine though. Recently, I discovered Mighty Leaf. I got the Herbal Infusion Variety Pack. The little packages are beautiful, like little silk pouches and all the ingredients are real leaves, citrus, flowers, etc. A really nice combo of things. I'm drinking at least 2 cups a day not and I don't even crave pop like I used too!!!

So, that was yesterday! Hoe was everyone elses' yesterdays?

Just Another Update (Still GIVING AWAY my earrings!)

New beaded necklace with six strands.
Made entirely of agate and glass
beads.
Hey guys! Just felt like popping by and doing an update of the last few days!

The new job is going really well. We've been busy and I have had lost of editing to do (which you all know I love!!!)

Another beaded necklace with six
strands. Made entirely of tiger's
eye and glass beads. Lays beautifully!
Been working very very hard on my Etsy store. There is a whole slew of new pictures for you all to see. They're all scattered around! Here is the link to my store: http://www.etsy.com/shop/AubrieAnne?ref=si_shop And remember that I am still holding a giveaway for a pair of my sparkling earrings. You can read the review and enter here: http://sweeptight.com/2011/12/aubrie-anne-jewelry.html

Single strand beaded necklace with
stone wire-wrapped pendant! There are
5 new necklaces like this!
I haven't seen a lot of movies lately, but I do have some reviews soon to come, like Thor!

Another single strand beaded necklace
with sterling silver wire-wrapping!
Reading too has been show. Still reading "Spyglass" by Maria V. Snyder (my current favorite author!) I did just recently read Haiku for the Single Girl by Beth Griffenhagen (http://www.amazon.com/Haiku-Single-Girl-Beth-Griffenhagen/dp/0143120018/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1323876589&sr=8-1) It was hilarious and so easy to relate to as a single person. I think even the happily married and dating for years person could still enjoy it, remembering the days!

Barettes like this are hard to find
so I started making my own! Only
one up so far though.
Other than that, not much else (not a lot of time for much else!)

See ya around. Let me know what you have been up to!
So many new sterling silver earrings!
Adding more all the time!

Project 231

Recently, a local photographer, by the name of Sarah Armstrong, started Project 231. It's a photographic collection of 231 women in the 231 area code here in Michigan. My mom found the project through Facebook where Sarah was asking for volunteers to get their picture taken. Mom and I were immediately interested, and by the time we were all set up, we were already numbers 170 and 171.

The popularity of the project astounded me and it's still creating quite the buzz. Sarah was on the news last night, announcing that the project will be turned into a book that will be available to order before Christmas!

Here are the shots that were chosen of both me and my mom for Project 231!

For more information, please check out Sarah's facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/#!/Project231), or search "Project 231" on Facebook.

NaNoWriMo (Day 22-24 of 30) So, Yeah...I'm throwing in the towel and participating in Black Friday! (??? words left)

My first year at Nano has not been the greatest. At least I was writing every day there for the first 16 days or so. lol. Now, I think it's just bad timing. So much has been going on with job hunting, building my Etsy store, now being hired, and the holidays. I have decided to throw in the towel with my 6,178 words. Of course, as I continue to get down my first draft of Strangers in the Dark, I will keep you updated and post some passages. Now, my focus is just in a different place. A good place, but sooooo different. I'll be working 40+ hours a week and my Etsy store will take up a lot of my free time. And I still want to blog all the time. :) Just wanted to let you know.

Well, I hope your bellys are full, your spirits are high, and you're ready to put on your running shoes for Black Friday!!! I'll be working at Express for the afternoon. I may stop into Target before I go, but not planning on trampling anyone for the second season of Vampire Diaries or the fourth season of Big Bang Theory that will both only be $12.99. What will be will be!

In all the excitement I forgot to mention...

Yesterday was a HUGE day!!! I opened my etsy store (http://www.etsy.com/shop/AubrieAnne), I started up my twitter account again (http://twitter.com/#!/Aubrie_Anne), AND, really the biggest news of all,
I WAS HIRED!!!
I am now the new production assistant at Knorr Marketing! I start next week!
Happy Thanksgiving to ME!!! And Happy Thanks giving to all of you!

Wednesday, November 23, 2011

My ETSY store is now open!

Happy Thanksgiving and soon to be Happy Holidays! I have been hard at work (not writing) but building my Etsy store! I woke up early and started taking pictures of my jewelry (mainly my earrings), then I built my store, got all the policies down, and started adding my products! I have 16 pairs up earrings up now and more to come throughout the week and before Christmas! Come visit it here and think of those gifts you still need to buy for all the wonderful women in your life. I ship to the address of your choice and my rates for Sterling Silver are AWESOME!

I really am excited about this. My line was ready for the next step and this is it!

See you all around here and there!

Plus, I'm tweeting a bit now. Get all the updates on each product that I add to my store...

FUNNIEST TWILIGHT STORY!!!!

So, I don't know if anyone has heard or read one of my rants about the new Breaking Dawn Pt. 1 movie that came out this weekend. For the last year, I've contemplated whether or not I will see the movie in theaters, complained about the movie being split into two parts, still commented on how much Catherine Hardwick messed up the first movie, discussed whether or not Melissa Rosenberg should have been chosen to write ANY of the movies, let alone ALL of them, and contemplated how Bill Condon was going to transform the final book into any form of a movie.

Now, my greatest hope and fear has been realized!!! I haven't seen the movie yet, although I am almost positive I will see it in theaters (especially now!!!). Here's why...

My friend, Shannon, and a few of her friends went to go see the movie during the midnight premiere and one of her friends FAINTED while Bella was giving birth to her half human/half vampire child on screen! Apparently, the blood and sheer gruesomeness of it all got to her. (NOTE: Shannon said the scene wasn't really all that bad.)

If any of you have read the book, you may understand exactly what happens during the birthing scene, and perhaps even realize that it must have been the most difficult scene to transform from book to the screen.

Suffice to say, this is the most hilarious story I have been told in a long time, and it makes me want to see the movie all the more!!!

The Thunder Down Under!

Yes, this is what I did last night. I went to go see The Thunder Down Under. Just a bunch of very sexy Australian Men strutting their stuff. It was so much fun! I went with my best friends Morgan and Sarah, and my mom and Morgan's mom. It was at the casino so we went early, ate, had some drinks, and gambled. The concert started around 8 and went until 10 or so. The guys were in all sorts of ridiculous costumes, they danced, pulled women up on stage, and then stripped down to their pants or briefs and went dancing in the crowd. My mom and Morgan got kisses on their cheeks and Sarah was hugged and picked up. It was hilarious! At the end, they had a photo shoot and we all got in on it!

That's Morgan on the left, Sarah to the right, and me in the middle, surrounded by the six men of the show. They were all so nice. lol. The girls and I already decided that the next time they were here in Michigan again we would go. Just too much fun!

I am a Wedding Winning Fool!!!

As some of you may know, I have been attending bridal expos, shows, stores, and fittings like crazy with my best friend Morgan because she is getting married next summer and I am her maid of honor. So far we have signed up for over a hundred gift certificate drawings and a few different honeymoon giveaways. We've bought the bridesmaids dresses and the bridal gown. Her and her fiance have booked the reception place and got the license for hosting their ceremony in the park.

Now, we are onto caters, DJs, and table settings. Whew!

But, in the process of all of this, we have been hearing back from some of the drawings. A few have simply used our information to advertise more, but I have also won a $200 gift certificate for a facial and $200 off a DJ service. Isn't that exciting??? I've never won so much in my life! lol. Plus, it's even better that it helps Morgan!
Looking for more wedding fun soon! I'll keep you guys updated periodically.

Anyone else been a bridesmaid or maid or honor? I could use some tips lol. I have been a bridesmaid once before for my cousin, but I was only 16 or so and really not involved in much, but tying some bows and touching up hair dos. (Nevertheless, it is still one of my favorite memories.)

Thank You for TV on the Internet!

Since November is all about giving thanks, I thought I would share some of the things I am thankful for, even if they are frivolous! Because, if you aren't thankful for EVERYTHING that you have, then who are you?

So, to start off on a serious note, I am SERIOUSLY thankful for...
  • my family (I love you)
  • my friends (I love you...most of the time lol)
  • anyone and everyone that loves or simply appreciates me (thanks!)
  • my education (not everyone gets the chance)
  • my home (not everyone has a place to call home)
Now, onto the other, not so important, a bit frivolous, but still totally awesome things that I am thankful for...

  • books! (SO many books!)
  • movies! (thanks for the adventures!)
  • the internet! (for connecting me to people I never would have been able to connect with before)
  • food (even though I gained 10 lbs in the last 2 years)
  • TV! (for never leaving me with a moment with absolutely nothing to do!)
  • and under TV I must mention DVR (yes!) and TV on the Internet (heck yes!!!)

Now, onto the more shallow reason I had to write this post this week: Did anyone else realize how many TV shows you can watch on the Internet now? Who needs an actually TV anymore?!?!?

Let me explain something real quick, for the longest time, our family ONLY had 4 1/2 channels. (NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, and FOX, but only when the leaves came off the trees and it wasn't overcast.) That's probably why I love movies so much and why my family and I have an extensive collection. However, now I have satellite and am watching a bit more TV. However, even with our 300+ channels, we are still missing the oh-so-vital CW channel in which I am obsessed with more than one teen-angst-filled, fantasy-driven, delectibly-debauched drama. BUT NEVER FEAR! THE INTERNET IS HERE! I am LOVIN it!

Through satellite, and always on my DVR (TAKE THAT advertisements!), I am keeping track of:

Yes, I am loving the TV on the Internet. I can watch it whenever I want, and when I have the time. Don't get me wrong, I can't keep up, but the Internet does allow me to save things until later, like when all the Fall seasons end and NOTHING is on! Also, I like having something on in the background when I am working on my jewelry, work at home, or writing. It's so hard for me to JUST watch something. This way, I have so many different options!

So, what is everything thankful for? Serious and Frivolous!
Does anyone else watch TV on the Internet?
Anyone else watch some of the shows I have been watching? If you are, we should talk! I love the discussion!
